Our starting point:

Conscious Legacy Coaching (CLC) believes the you will excel because you know what you want (or don’t want) and you determine the best way to achieve (or avoid) this state. We also believe that you don’t have a lot of time to waste.

What success looks like for us:

Typical coaching processes foster dependence on the coach. At CLC we succeed when we have worked ourselves out of a job and you and your family are achieving your goals. Our Circumstance & Performance Coaching model is about self-sustaining self-empowerment.

How our process works:

CLC supports an equal partnership. Together we co-create the focus, format, desired outcome(s), timelines and accountability measures. We each have specific roles to play. You and your family are responsible for setting the agenda and putting in the work. We are responsible for choosing the path and the tools; we are specialists in guiding you through your uniquely designed coaching process.

Typical coaching processes will reflect back to the client what has been presented to the coach, leaving the client to answer their own question. CLC differs from many other organizations. We will offer advice, suggestions and/or best practices to facilitate informed decision making from a broader base of options and expertise. We are your trusted source where expert feedback is objective, frank and transparent.

Our coaching tools:

Our coaching process may utilize learning mandates, powerful questions, feedback loops, assessments & psychometric data, the creation of educational learning experiences, regular client challenges, pre-post testing, leveraging strengths, recognizing and transforming self-limiting behaviors, frank discussion, reframing issues and values-based decision-making.

We never push our service providers on you:

CLC is a boutique-coaching firm that will work with your current service providers. Alternatively, we are delighted to introduce you to our partnerships, which are considered some of the ‘best of’ in their individual fields.
